Organizer and Scope<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The organizer of the raffles is up to data GmbH (hereinafter referred to as &#8220;organizer&#8221;). These terms and conditions apply to all contests conducted by up to data GmbH, unless explicitly stated otherwise in individual cases.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2. Eligibility<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Eligible participants are individuals aged 18. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Employees of up to data GmbH, affiliated companies, and their relatives are excluded from participation. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participation through automated mass procedures (e.g., contest clubs) is prohibited. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3. Participation<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Participation is free of charge and requires the complete provision of the requested data. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>By participating, the participant accepts these terms and conditions. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>False information may lead to disqualification. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The organizer reserves the right to exclude persons in case of suspected manipulation or violation of the terms and conditions. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4. Implementation and Processing<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Winners are determined by random selection. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Winners will be notified at the respective trade fair appearance (alternatively via email). <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cash payment or transfer of prizes is not possible. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Only one prize per participant is possible. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>5.
